Matthew Carroll St. Louis Cardinals has always been a determined individual. This is evident in his long list of impressive accomplishments dating back to his college days. He attended the University of Maryland in College Park on a baseball scholarship. He later transferred to Pennsylvania State University, where he played at the Division 1 level for four years. He was a four-year varsity letter winner and team captain his senior year. Carroll was also the recipient of numerous academic honours and scholarships.
After graduating from college in 2006, Carroll attended the Major League Baseball Scouting Bureau Scout School and finished at the top of his class.

In 2006, he was a member of the Cardinals' administrative staff when they won the World Series. Carroll left St. Louis in 2010 and joined the Atlanta Braves as the Special Assistant to General Manager. Carroll was the youngest to hold this title in Major League Baseball.
Carroll is pleased with his charitable contributions to the community. He regularly donates his time, skills, and resources to causes near and dear to his heart. Two of his favorite causes are the Tony LaRussa Animal Rescue Foundation and the annual Phillies Phestival for ALS. In addition, he helped organize a 5k event to benefit ovarian cancer research.
Matthew Carroll St. Louis Cardinals is committed to his clients but occasionally enjoys a break. Outside work, Carroll wants to spend quality time with his wife, Ali, and son, Colin, at their Flourtown, Pennsylvania, residence. He loves to fish and snow ski when he finds a few extra hours. Vacations often involve trips to the beach with friends and family. Carroll loves to stay active and busy in his professional and personal life.
